The team developed this platform to share the process, techniques, products and coaches we use, with anyone on a mission to do the same.

As a Formula One enthusiast, implementing training programs, fitness routines and philosophies found in Formula One was a natural step for the team. At over 250MPH and 10 times the force of gravity, preparation is vital, and errors are fatal. A well-defined program was required to excel and keep safety as job one.

“I’m not an expert and I’m not a coach”, Elias says. “I’m a serial student hunting the best from myself.” For 2020, the team decided to make our contacts and training programs available giving you access to some of the top-performance resources in the world.
